My experience for the past seven years has included a wide range of higher education disciplines. I have experience in most facets of graduate enrollment management including recruitment, admissions, yield and retention. I have researched and developed models for more efficient recruiting practices, creatively utilized technology in developing processes to improve productivity and ease of use for others, and continue to look for innovative ways to improve the graduate education experience at my university.
I have served on advisory councils and board of directors positions, have experience in coordinating national conferences that host over 700 graduate admissions professionals, and am currently serving as President of the New York Graduate Admissions Professionals (NYGAP) organization. This group is dedicated to the professional development of graduate admissions professionals in New York State, and has over 200 members.
I am currently enrolled in a doctoral program in higher education, with research interests in implied contract relationships between students and institution, and life cycle management/awareness of professionals working in enrollment management.
As the Director of Graduate Enrollment, I embrace the opportunity to facilitate working with students in identifying their long term career goals, and showcasing the best in class business education that the Whitman School of Management offers to help them achieve their goals. Let me know how I can support your graduate school research!
