Assistant Professor of Management Lynne Vincent’s creativity research was featured in the Harvard Business Review and Inc.
Her research finds that if a company holds up creativity as a rare trait, creative employees may become entitled and become more likely to engage in unethical behavior.
The study is forthcoming in the Academy of Management Journal.
