Pamela Whiteley McLaughlin is the Director of Communications and External Relations at Syracuse University Libraries. She oversees a comprehensive and integrated communications program and manages the unit responsible for promoting the Libraries. McLaughlin leads the development and implementation of communications strategies, policies, and practices in support of the Library’s mission and formulates creative approaches to effectively represent SU Library’s vision and agenda to its various constituents.
