Michael Lombardi is director of CRM at OgilvyOne in New York City. In this role, he is part of the engagement planning team and leads customer relationship marketing for the firm’s client, IBM. He graduated in 2003 from the Whitman School of Management where he also earned his MBA in 2012. Lombardi credits his active student leadership roles during undergraduate studies and the unique experiences through his distance MBA with providing a strong marketing and leadership foundation that he has applied to his career. He is married to fellow SU alum Lisa Kelly ’02 (ED). Together, they have a son (and SU fan), Benjamin Kelly-Lombardi.
