Orange Tank 2021 Deadline

Application Deadline Coming Soon for Orange Tank 2021!

Orange Tank 2021 will be held on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021 at 6 p.m. and will be held at the Whitman School. There will be a virtual option for alumni and students in our online master’s programs. For finalists wishing to travel to campus to pitch in person, Whitman will provide you with a night at the Sheraton Hotel. All you need to do is get yourself here!

The application deadline for all aspiring teams (both student and alumni based) will be Oct. 22, 2021 by 11:59 p.m. No exceptions.

All applicants will need to submit an executive summary using the attached format. The form can be up to 3 pages of content to clearly identify your project. 

In order to qualify, ALL companies must have a Whitman founder or co-founder to apply.

Finalists will be notified by Oct. 26, 2021 and will deliver a 5-minute pitch to a panel of alumni judges followed by Q&A on Nov. 4, 2021.

The prize money for Orange Tank 2021 is a total of $42,000.  

In both Student and Alumni divisions there will be three prize levels:

1^st:  $5,000

2^nd: $2,500

3^rd:  1,000

The judges will select an overall grand prize winner from the finalists. The Grand Prize is $25,000. Announcement of winners will be made the evening of the event.
