Having spent five years working for a Fortune 200 company, Jamie Lynne (Kelling) Hall ’09 had learned a tremendous amount about business operations, sales and management. After being a former collegiate athlete and in the gym her entire life, she recognized the importance of quality equipment and proper strength training biomechanics. Those major professional and personal experiences combined gave her the confidence to venture out of the corporate world and begin her journey as an entrepreneur.
When Arsenal Strength was founded, it was based on several key elements; quality products, solid customer relationships and lifestyle branding. The company offers the highest quality, made-in-the-USA strength training equipment. The equipment is built to order and can be customized with colors and logos. Arsenal Strength offers customers one-on-one consultations to ensure the correct strength equipment pieces are chosen for their training studio, gym, school or health club. From there, a 3D layout of the customer’s facility/gym is created to show them how it will look once complete. The customer relationship is very important to Arsenal Strength. The company goes above and beyond to ensure its customers are educated and confident with their purchases and help them along the way as they open (or remodel) their facility.
Arsenal Strength has also established relationships with other vendors, such as Westside Barbell, UMAX Strength, Troy Barbell, to name a few, to expand on their product offerings. Arsenal Strength can be the one resource to supply a gym, health club, personal training studio or home with all the equipment it needs, handling everything, including shipping and installation, to make the process as easy as possible for the customer.
Arsenal Strength also offers other products and services such as apparel, training videos and training blogs. The apparel line features extremely comfortable workout tee shirts, hats and tank tops with motivational quotes and logos. Training videos and training blogs will be offered this fall. These videos will include comprehensive instruction on using each piece of strength equipment.
Arsenal Strength is also looking to expand its headquarters in early 2016 and plans to build office space as well as a 22,000 square-foot training facility that will be open to the public.
